A: Do you require a contract?
Q: No contract is required! If you receive partial month services however, there will not be a refund.
A: Is an engagement letter required?
Q: Yes, we do require an engagement letter. This will be provided for you during your in-person meet and greet with us, or it can be emailed for virtual clients.
A: What is not included in the Bookkeeping packages?
Q: We do not include anything beyond basic expense and income items tracking for each month. Additional services may still be added to your bookkeeping package if desired. These services include: accrual basis accounting, detailed financials showing class tracking or job profitability, invoicing, bill payment, payroll, sales tax filing, tax planning and preparation.
A: How do I request additional services?
Q: The purchase of our bookkeeping package options are not required to receive additional or customized services. We provide various options for individual and/or specific services. Contact us for a free consultation to learn more.
A: I have signed up for a bookkeeping package. What now?
Q: Our staff at Bayou Bookkeeping understands the importance of customer service. We will contact you as soon as possible to schedule an in-person meet and greet to get your bookkeeping services started. If desired, this meeting can be held virtually as well.
A: What is your response time for email questions?
Q: Bayou Bookkeeping is extremely responsive with our clients. You can expect a reply within 24 hours from our staff, and we provide unlimited email and text message communication.
A: What are the hours at Bayou Bookkeeping?
Q: We operate under standard business hours, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
